10th Annual March Madness Competition

Elmbrook Family Dental is hosting our 10th Annual March Madness college basketball tournament for current patients! (Patients having 1 cleaning within the last 12 months)

In years past, our NCAA tournament contest was a hit and this year we’re making it even better by awarding prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place!

1st Place: $200 Eddie Martini Gift Card

2nd Place: Custom Whitening Trays

3rd Place: $25 Uncle Julio Gift Card and Sonicare Tooth Brush

4th Place: $25 Uncle Julio Gift Card

To sign up, go to http://fantasy.espn.com/tournament-challenge-bracket/2019/en/ and create an account. Once you have logged in, click “My Groups” link toward the top of the page. Type Elmbrook Family Dental in the search box. Our group password is TEETH. Create your own bracket, and please use your actual name as your team name (so we know who you are!) and pick who you think will win. For more information, click the “How to Play” link.

You must sign-up and pick your teams by the tip-off of the first game on March 21st in order to play. You will not be able to pick your teams until the tournament field is announced on March 17th.

The contest through ESPN is open to anyone, however in order to be eligible for a prize from Elmbrook Family Dental you must be a current patient, meaning 1 cleaning within the last 12 months.

Thank you so much to everyone who donated to our Toy Drive for Ronald McDonald house this holiday season. We hand delivered the toys and gift cards to them in time for the holidays. Their total value was almost $3,000! We are so amazed and so thankful at the wonderful turn out for this event. Thank you to each of you who shared our mission and to those of you who donated. We know those gifts will be a blessing to many families during difficult times.

From December 3rd to December 21st, Elmbrook Family Dental will be hosting our 2nd Annual Ronald McDonald House Toy Drive!

Stop in during business hours to donate new, unopened toys or gift cards to the children of the Ronald McDonald House. The Ronald McDonald House assists sick and injured children and their families in their time of need. Please help us make this Holiday special for these children by donating new toys purchased within the past 3 months (cannot be opened or gently used) or gift cards for the older children.

Each toy or gift card donated enters you to win a gift basket from Elmbrook Family Dental valued at over $200!

Welcome baby Adelyn!

Another sweet baby has arrived! Our hygienist Amanda W and her husband welcomed their first baby girl into their family. Adelyn Rose was 7 lbs 8 oz and 19 inches long. She is a sweet, beautiful baby and we are excited to share this beautiful picture with you! Congrats Amanda. What a cutie pie!
