Step-By-Step Guide for Take-Home Teeth Whitening

• Brush and floss teeth before using the trays.
• Place a tear drop-sized amount of whitening gel in the front part of the trays.
• Insert over teeth and wipe off any excess amount that may have extruded onto the gum tissue to avoid irritation.
• Do not eat or drink while wearing trays to avoid swallowing the gel.
• Keep trays in for 30-60 minutes.
• After use, remove the trays, brush off residual gel on teeth, rinse, and also clean them using a toothbrush and toothpaste with cool water. Hot water will warp the trays!
• Place the trays in the case provided and keep away from direct heat and pets. Pets are attracted to things that have come in contact with human saliva.
• Use trays daily until you receive your desired result. Do not use longer than 2 weeks.
• If sensitivity occurs, you may skip a day.
• We recommend using Sensodyne toothpaste to help with sensitivity. Do not rinse after using Sensodyne.
• After reaching your desired shade, it may dull after time. We recommend touch-ups at your discretion. Most people touch up monthly or bi-monthly. Please call us with questions or stop in the office to purchase additional gel.
